Let us do the hard work!
Michelmore Hughes have been having a very busy time organising
lettings recently. We have successfully let, after careful tenant
screening, over a dozen residential properties in & around
Totnes since January! We now need more to satisfy an increasing
demand from good quality tenants.
We are able to offer a service to suit all landlords. A full
management service can be put in place where we advertise the
property, find & diligently screen the tenant and administer
the initial letting. We then continue with our ongoing management
systems collecting the rents, inspecting the property, dealing with
any maintenance or related issues and efficiently checking out the
tenant after the period of their occupancy comes to an end.
Alternatively we can also offer a tenant find only service if a
landlord wishes to take on the management of the property
themselves.
We can additionally register the tenants deposit in an
accredited Tenancy Deposit Scheme whether we are managing the
letting or not.
